Course Description

We all need to understand vicarious trauma in our profession. We will unpack what taking care of us looks like and how to process really tough assignments. Michelle will help us explore the concept of our inner child and what we can do to take care of our mental health so we can continue to work in the most productive way. We will talk about why it is ok to say no when jobs are not a good fit.
